感恩之心如温阳,温暖生命;如泉水,滋润心田,是生命中不可或缺的幸福饮品。感恩之心从何而来?念恩。如何念恩?练习。一天练几遍?可以很多遍。怎么练?将每天计算别人对我有多少得罪的角度,转化为他人对我有多少恩惠、帮助我的感恩的角度。这样练习下去、练习下去,有一天,我们才能感恩我们的敌人,因为正是他们这样伤害我、折磨我,我的心才会升华,才能生起稀有的证德,超越烦恼的洪流、超越烦恼的伤害。
