佛陀不是用水洗除我们的罪，或者用手拔除我们的痛苦，而是我们要依照他讲的真理去认真地改变自己的生命，如果像他所说的那样改变了， 我们的痛苦就消失了。

🌻 Practice In Accordance To The Teachings Can Then Eradicate Sufferings / 135
Buddha does not wash away our sins with water nor does he use his hands to remove our sufferings. Instead, we must follow the truth that he said and earnestly change our own lives. If we change as he had said, our sufferings then will disappear.
