🌻 Self Love Is Equivalent To All Suffering / 156
Due to the prejudice caused by self-centredness, it disturbs the lake of tranquility within us. Whenever something happens, the habit of blaming external factors will start pouring out and even become unstoppable. Helplessly the more attached we are, the more suffering we will have. On the contrary, why don't we attack the attachment towards ourselves when the situation arises? In this way, at least our lives will receive some refreshing coolness.
