当一个人开始为「我」辩解时，我爱执会极度膨胀，其实我们并不会因此感到快乐。 正是因为迷失了对空性的观察，以为过失完全都是在对方那边，没有一个自己的分别心安立上去的作用，我们才会有这么多痛苦。

🍁 Suffering Came From Wrong Mindset / 202
When a person starts to defend for 'his ego', his self-attachment will be immensely inflated. As a matter of fact, we will not derive any happiness from this. This is because we are lost in the observation and reflection about the nature of emptiness. We always assume that the fault is someone else's, and lack the realisation that the perception of this situation was determined by my discursive mind. This is the cause of the immense suffering and pain.
