If we are fixated on a small matter in front of us and repeatedly practice it, it will become like a significantly big matter. It's as though our eyes are stained with something which appears to be very gigantic while we are looking out. However, when we take it out, it might not be bigger than a sesame seed. In reality what is the most important thing? Life and death are most important! What is most urgent? Meditation practice is most urgent!
