Jealousy is when we always feel that we own less than others. However we cannot own what we want by feeling this way. If we are lacking in merits then we must quickly accumulate merits, and if we are lacking in wisdom then we must quickly listen and contemplate on the teaching. Such diligence is more down-to-earth.
