Do not see your own issues too seriously. In fact some of the issues are just like being blocked by a layer of window’s pane paper, they can be penetrated easily with one poke, and then you will understand them suddenly. When you understood them, you will no longer feel that they are weighing on your body and mind like huge mountains.
